EXP-006-PRE — Rollback plan

Target pre-upgrade state: WordPress 7.0.4, DB revision 61833.

1. Put site in maintenance/read-only window if needed and stop further tests.
2. Restore official WordPress 7.0.4 core files using the official 7.0.4 package, preserving wp-config.php and wp-content/.
3. Restore `lab/rollback/EXP-006-PRE-7.0.4/database.sql` with the validated DB client command.
4. Verify wp-config.php was not replaced and wp-content/plugins/ and the active theme remain intact using hashes/inventories.
5. Run `wp core version --extra`, HTTP/REST smoke tests, and content/user counts.
6. Verify QuantumDev Abilities, MCP Adapter 0.5.0, STDIO handshake and site-summary read.
7. Record the restored state and leave plugins/themes un-updated.

Rollback readiness: READY BUT NOT EXECUTED while RC2 remains healthy.
The database dump is non-public, mode 600, and excluded from Git by the existing rollback policy.
